Scott has been a full-time real estate agent and broker for the past 22 years -- serving clients throughout San Diego's North County. Scott's extensive background includes working as a journalist, professional photographer, worldwide advertising manager, teacher, workshop leader, author, & public speaker.  I am passionate about giving my real estate clients service beyond their highest expectations.  Here's what our clients say when it's all over.

Scott and his wife Shannon feel like the happiest married couple in the universe & are authors of several books: Love Skills for Personal & Global Transformation, The Love You Deserve & Liberating Your Magnificence. They are also co-founders of TheLoveCenter -- a non-profit educational organization with the mission statement of "Raising universal love awareness & awakening a world of Love Masters." Scott & Shannon live in Solana Beach & enjoy sailing & organic gardening. Scott is also a professional photographer. His wife Shannon is a full-time spiritual healer, nutritionist, & author of Love Heals: How to Heal Everything with Love.

Bob Griswold

Bob has been a full-time real estate agent and Scott's full partner for the past 12 years -- serving clients throughout San Diego's North County.  Bob's rich background includes working as Western Region Sales Manager for New Balance and K-Swiss, & previously West Coast Sales Manager for Wrangler Jeans. Bob too is passionate about giving his real estate clients service beyond their highest expectations.

Bob enjoys sailing and taking walks with his sweetheart & wife, Sharon.  Bob's wife, is a 4th grade teacher at the Rhoades School in Encinitas. Bob & Sharon are passionate about raising their two kids, Katie & John - and they are off to college now. Wow! When did that happen? As a past Eagle Scout, Boy Scout leader, & soccer coach, Bob brings a lot of talent to all he does. His son John is also now an Eagle Scout. And Katie is quite a field hockey star. Bob & Sharon met Scott when Scott sold them their Solana Beach home.
 

Cindy Wilson

Cindy has lived & worked in the Solana Beach/Del Mar area for 19 years. She has a degree in Public Relations and Advertising & has worked in college, newspaper, and agency settings.  When her children were young, Cindy worked as a fund raiser & also a classroom volunteer for the Solana Beach Schools. She also served on the Solana Beach Little League Board for many years.  Cindy is trained as a Massage Therapist and Reflexologist & is also a successful Mary Kay Cosmetics representative.  

An avid sports fan, Cindy also enjoys skiing, snorkeling, & sailing with her family.  She volunteers for The Angels Depot, which serves area senior citizens living below the poverty level with "Senior-Food-For-A-Week" boxes.  Cindy has been married for 28 years to Bill, a Pain Management Physician.  They have two sons, Ryan, a Communications major at UC Santa Barbara, & Tyler, who will begin at Santa Barbara City College and then transfer to UCSB for Electrical Engineering.

When Cindy went into real estate (she's also  a past client, like Bob), she said: "I don't want to work for anyone but Scott & Bob because I love your values & the way you treat your clients!
 

Kathy Faller

Kathy is passionate about helping people move smoothly through life transitions & she does this in many integrated & successful ways:

First, she is a certified life coach with lots of personal & business experience in helping people find solutions to their personal needs & achieve their business goals.

Kathy is also an extremely involved humanitarian spearheading constant efforts to build homes in Mexico for families in great need. When you see a white truck loaded with supplies donated from friends & neighbors, that's Kathy about to make another gift journey to Mexico. She is also a volunteer Red Cross disaster worker.

All this talent & caring enables Kathy to serve real estate clients with enormous empathy & skill.  Kathy has a long-term relationship with the Honor Team since she and her husband, Chris, bought their home in Solana beach using Scott Peck as their agent many years ago.
